What should i expect from a consultation?
The initial consultation takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case. During this time we will take a full case history and then examine you in order to identify the cause of your pain. After this we will discuss the diagnosis with you and the plan for management. This will usually involve some form of manual therapy and possibly the prescription of some exercises. We allow 30 minutes for subsequent treatments. During these sessions we will review your progress and continue the management approach as required on a case by case basis
